Brand Manager – International Premium Brand (Beverage)

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are looking for a Brand Manager for an International Premium Brand (Beverage) based in Madrid.

In our recruitment agency we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, where we have offices in strategic locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich.

Job description:   

* Benchmarking analysis and consumer habits and sector trends

* Oversee A&P focus and resource management in local markets using PR, Brand Education, and Trade Engagement tools

* Participate in yearly marketing strategies and calendar in accordance with brand guidelines and strategies, as well as market channel planning

* Collaborate in PR and communication with in-market teams to unify brand activations and events

* Understanding and tracking A&P for efficiency and ROI on various brand activations and events

* Development of marketing assets such as POS and VAPs; as well as development of guidelines for the different markets

* Coordination of the company’s Brand Ambassadors calendar and activations

* Development of traditional and digital campaigns

* Contact and coordination with multiple agencies and other stakeholders to ensure the proper execution of marketing plans

* Coordination of company's digital platforms’ contents

* Development of marketing assets

* Perform daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of department activities

Requirements: 

- Demonstrated experience in a similar position as Brand manager or in a marketing department of at least 3 years

- Preferably with experience in the spirits’ sector

- Passionate about the luxury sector

- Degree in Business / Marketing /advertisement /communication

- International profile. Experience in a multinational company or with international brands will be valued

- Multitasking profile with the ability to face multiple tasks

- Level of English C1 (mandatory), the official language of the company is English

- Digital marketing oriented

- Mastery of computer programs used in the field of marketing

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, multicultural sensitivity
