Head of Marketing | CMO (Fashion company)

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Some of the main functions of the position are as follows:

• Reporting to the CEO, you will lead and define the Marketing, Image, and Communication strategies for the brand
• Define the Marketing Plan and Action Plan to achieve the results.
• Define the content and story telling that matches the strategy and values of the company.
• Analyze, execute and follow up results of your team as well as the results of the campaigns.
• Create effective campaigns leading the whole process since the beginning.
• Analyze and study the competitors, market, clientele as well as trends to reach maximum exposure and maximize sales in-store and Online.
• Leading the team to achieve the established goals and make them shine!

• Keen “eye” and sensibility for Art, Fashion, and Photography.
• Leadership and great communications skills
• Proactive, and autonomous. Ideally, you are used to or willing to work in a Start-Up environment.
• English and Spanish fluent.
