Marketing Manager Spain & France

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are looking for a  Marketing Manager to join an exciting project in a fashion company in Madrid.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Munich.

Job Description:

• • Ensure the implementation and coordination of the global brands strategy into your region.
  • Develop operational 360 marketing plans to be adapted by region and ensure local execution in collaboration with the Regional and HQ teams.
  • Implement a Go-To-Market marketing strategy for your region (detailed marketing activities for Key Accounts, Digital, wholesale and calendars.)
  • Build strong and differentiated communications network that will ensure good relationship and awareness in the Region.
  • Educate and inform internal and external stakeholders on brand updates, campaigns and all marketing activities.
  • Evaluate executed plans according to pre-defined KPIs, and share insights and conclusions to make fact based decisions towards future seasons.
  • Manage local budgets and monthly reporting.
  • Monitor and benchmark competitors’ marketing activities in the regions
  • Support and coordinate the PR & Digital PR activities.

Requisitos:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience within a brand, ideally in fashion/retail/apparel
• Solid knowledge of the Spanish and French marketplace.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience scaling marketing both online and offline
• Analytical Skills: Able to read business figures and react against it
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negociation skills
• Flexible and able to deal with deadlines.
